About Juno Beach Fish House in South Florida

EZscripting.co.uk THE STORY

Glenn Cockburn loves lobster.
Maine lobster.
And seafood. Lots of fresh seafood.
It's his passion.

After 35 years in the restaurant business, Glenn had a vision. His dream was to open a friendly, neighborhood seafood restaurant near the beach where patrons would find a warm friendly welcome. The restaurant would serve fresh ingredients daily and generous portions.

Fast Forward:
Since 2001, Glenn Cockburn has been the proud Owner/Chef/Operator of the successful Juno Beach Fish House & alive and well and thriving for over eight years now.

Everyday, like clockwork, you will find this Culinary Institute of America graduate getting ready for the day. Maine Lobster and fresh seafood arrive daily and by 10:30 a.m. he's getting ready to greet guests. "We offer the best Lobster Special around. For just around $20.00 you'll find a one and a half pound steamed Maine Lobster served with soup or salad and one side dish." The winning Lobster Special is available daily.

The Juno Beach Fish House offers a better than average wine selection with over 20 wines by the glass.

"We are family owned and operated. We live here. We love it here. We greet our guests by name, many are our neighbors. In fact, our whole family loves the Florida lifestyle," he explained. "We moved here from the Northeast and enjoy our home on the water, boating, fishing, swimming, and our kids share a passion for cooking as well."

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with over 35 years experience. One of the original founders for The Cooker Restaurants, Glenn started the nationally recognized chain of Cooker Restaurants in 1984 and helped grow the business from one outlet to 66 restaurants in ten states.

The Juno Beach Fish House is open daily for lunch and dinner featuring a variety of fresh local seafood and Maine Lobster. Featured items include Grouper Piccatta, Sesame Seared Tuna, Macadamia Crusted Grouper, Glenn's Killer Bayou Bowl, Salmon Florentine.
Non-seafood dinner selections include Caribbean BBQ Ribs, Chicken Francaise, New York Strip Steak.

Homemade decadent Desserts include Chocolate Macadamia Brownie with raspberry sauce and hot fudge and whipped cream, Key Lime Pie, Crème Brulee, Island Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Coconut Ice cream and Mango sauce.

The Juno Beach Fish House has a casual, elegant feel accented by Caribbean colors of bright yellow and ocean blue. Diners can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and/or appetizers at the bar. Romantics and those enjoying a special celebration will find comfortable cherry wood booths. Or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

The walls of the restaurant, both inside and outside feature whimsical, sea themed, underwater reef mosaics made of handmade tiles inlaid with marble and granite.
